 Lake of the Woods (LOW), a gated community in Locust Grove, VA is located in the northeastern portion of historic Orange County, VA approximately midway between the town of Culpeper and city of Fredericksburg on route 3. Just a fifteen minute drive, off of route 95, exit 130, Lake of the Woods was developed in the late 1960’s.
